From the beginning, Jesús del Pozo knew that if he wanted to keep his legacy alive, it would be necessary to transmit his creative process and brand identities to his team, in order to be able to maintain a unique product through his personal style. For this reason, some time ago, the own designer chose and trained his design teams. Despite of his absence, these teams still develop Jesús del Pozo’s project, today.
These professionals not only have interiorized Jesús del Pozo’s brand identity, they also have learned to translate them into the characteristics and complexities of every fashion collection. That means each team has a large specialization and knowledge into that part of the design process in which they are in charge of. Consequently, Jesús del Pozo never chose a unique right-hand man instead he preferred to work with different kind of designers who were specialized and experts in every single line of the business.
Now, these designers are the creative managers of every project and their main role is to save Jesús del Pozo’s personal style, as well as to keep alive his creative legacy.
